As we celebrate the anniversary of our nation's founding, it's important to remember that the land we call Canada belongs to the Indigenous peoples 🌍 who have lived here since time immemorial.

On this day, let us take a moment to reflect on the history of this land and the ongoing legacy of colonization. The vibrant cultures 🕌, languages 🗣️, and traditions of First Nations 🏹, Inuit 🏔️, and Métis 🧭 peoples are the foundation upon which Canada was built, yet their rights and sovereignty have too often been violated.

As we enjoy the festivities of Canada Day, let's recommit ourselves to the work of reconciliation. 🤝 Let's listen to Indigenous voices 👂, support their self-determination 💪, and strive to be better stewards of the land. 🌳 Only by confronting our colonial history and centering Indigenous perspectives can we truly celebrate what it means to be Canadian.

🚢🔧 KNOW YOUR VALUE! 🚧✨

🚀 Every year, I remind myself and those around me about the importance of knowing your value as an entrepreneur. 🌟 Here's a reminder of why I charge what I charge after nearly 4 decades in Franchising & Business Development! 💼💪

A giant ship's engine broke down, and no one could fix it. They hired a Mechanical Engineer with 30+ years of experience. 👨‍🔧🛠️

The engineer inspected the engine meticulously, top to bottom. After a thorough look, he pulled out a small hammer. 🧐🔨

With a gentle knock, the engine roared back to life! 🚀🙌 The ship was fixed!

A week later, the engineer billed the ship owner $20,000. 😲💰

"What?! You did almost nothing. Give us a detailed bill," said the owner.

The engineer's response was simple:
