Recipe (makes around 4 servings):
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbs baking powder
2tbs sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup oat milk
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 banana
Serve with coconut yoghurt, zest of 1 lemon and lashings of maple syrup or, you know, do your thing.
