Will and Madryn enter a pact with Warlocks!

We find out what makes a warlock different than a wizard, and talk about some freaky famous warlocks in history. Then we unfurl the long scroll of pop culture, from iconic literature, to underused comic characters, and two collections of musical masterminds that could have been “The Warlocks.”

Finally, we meet Martholomew (Gordon Harper), who shows off his supernaturally cut physique, establishes his opinion on nicknames, pitches a demon deal on crypto, and tells us about every member of his Warlocks only D&D campaign.

We look at the Egyptian and Greek history of this mighty monster, and its evolution into the winged inquisitor we know today. Then we look at the sphinxes appearances in pop culture, from riddling literature, to D&D variants, and the great gaming beyond! Finally, we’re joined by The Librarian (Margaret Hild), guardian of The Lost Library of Alexandria. We test the boundary of her friendship, find out if she’s predator or pal, check in on the sphinx cult, and attempt to gain entry to the library by answering some mind-melting riddles!
