Ingredients - 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp garlic, 3 tbsp soya sauce, 3 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp corn flour, 4 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sesame seeds,
Procedure -
1- In a pan heat some olive oil, add finely chopped ginger and garlic
2- Now add soya sauce, sugar and vinegar, and boil it a little
3- add corn flour slurry, and a little water, mix well and boil to thicken a little

Garlic Roasted Potatoes | लहसुन भुने आलू - Oye Hoye Kamaal 😍
Ingredient - 3-4 Potatoes, 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary leaves, 1 tbsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder, 1 tbsp dhania powder, salt and black pepper as per taste and water for boiling, chilli flakes and oregano ( optional )
Procedure -
1- Cut Potatoes into 4-6 big pieces with the peel on.
2- In boiling water add salt and diced potatoes - boil for 8-10 mins
3- Now in a pan add some olive oil, garlic and rosemary leaves - sautee it a little
4- In a mixing bowl add potatoes and rosemary-garlic oil mixture
5- Add salt, black pepper, Kashmiri lal mirch and dhania powder - mix it nicely
6- Now you can either bake it, pan fry it or air fry it ( we air-fried it for 15 mins at 350F )
7- Garnish it with some coriander

Prasad Wale Kale Chane
Ingredient - For boiling chana - Kale Chane 300 grams, 4 cup water, oil, pinch of haldi, salt and 1 big cardamom
For the masala paste - 1 tbsp Boiled Chana, 1-inch ginger, 3-4 dry red chillies, 2 tbsp chana broth,
For Kala Chana Main Recipe - boiled chana , 1 1/2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 7-8 curry leaves, Masala Paste, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tsp amchur powder, 1/2 tsp kala namak, pinch of black pepper , 1 tsp kasuri methi powder, 1 water( boiled chana broth) , and coriander for garnishing and salt as per taste
Procedure -
1- Add chana, water, haldi , salt and oil in a cooker and boil it for 5-6 whistles
2- Now in a mixer jar add a little boiled chana, ginger, dry red chilli, chana broth - grind it to a fine paste
3- Now in a pan heat some ghee
4- Add jeera, bay leaves , curry leaves - cook for 1-2 mins
5- Now add in the masala paste and cook until the oil gets separated
6- Add all the dry spices and cook for 2-3 more minutes
6- Now add chana and 1 cup water, and salt mix well and cook untill the water gets dried up
7- Garnish it with some chopped coriander

Homemade Paneer Chilli - Oye hoye Kamaal 😍
Ingredients -
For Marination - 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp corn starch, a pinch of salt, black pepper and water
For Paneer Chilli - 300 grams of paneer cubes, half bowl onion petals, half bowl red, yellow and green capsicum each, 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger garlic, 2 sliced green chillies, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp corn flour slurry, chopped onions and sesame seed for garnishing and oil for cooking and frying
Procedure
1- In a bowl, add maida, corn starch, salt, pepper and water, mix well to make a marinate,
2- Now add paneer cubes and marinate it nicely
3- Now in a pan heat some oil and deep fry the panner
4- Now in another pan heat some oil, add chopped ginger garlic, green chillies, onions, and coloured capsicums - mix well and sautee for 2-3 mins
5-Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup - mix well and cook for another 1-2 mins
6- Add Fried paneer and toss it nicely
6- Garnish it with green onions and sesame seeds

Dabha Style Mix Veg - Oye hoye Kamaal 😍
Ingredients -
For Masala Mixture - 1 tbsp jeera, 1 tbsp sukha dhaniya , 2-3 pcs small cardamom, 1 big cardamom, 2-3 pcs laung , 3-4 pcs whole black pepper, 1 tej patta , 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 3-4 whole dry red chilli, 2 tbsp coconut powder, half a inch stick of cinnamon, and water
For Veggies - half cup beans, half cup carrot, half cup peas, 1 cup boiled potatoes, 1 cup gobhi , 1/2 tap turmeric, 1 tsp kashmiri ref chilli powder, salt as per taste,
For Gravy - half cup onions , 1 tbsp ginger garlic, half cup tomato paste, half tsp turmeric, t tsp kashmiri lal mirch , salt as per taste, water and dhaiya for garnishing ,
Procedure
1 - In a dry pan add all the whole spices and dry roast the spices and grind it to a paste
2- In another pan add some oil , and veggies, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5-7 mins with a lid on until the veggies are cooked
3- In another pan add some oil , add onions , ginger garlic paste, tomato paste , and the spice paste - mix well and cook until the oil gets separated
4- Add veggies, and some water - cook for another 5-7 mins with the lid on
5- Garnish it with chopped coriander
