Spent the night recording vocals and mixing songs with Inside for a two song demo. Great to chat about crafting songs and how production affects the feel of the music. Looking forward to finishing these up and getting them out into the world.

Cleaned up cable runs and starting to get this place feeling like home. Getting an hdmi hub tmr so we’ll have on the projector too. No reason to ever leave.

Hey friends. You don't heard from me a lot. I am mostly over on Instagram . But since we've got this rad show going on, I figured I'd drop by and share it with you: Bry Webb (Constantines) + Cots @ St Pats

Bry Webb is awesome. Three incredible solo records. Frontman of my favourite band of all time, Constantines. His music is unlike really anyone else I've ever heard, and I've heard a lot. So you should come. For real.

Sunday, July 16. Doors at 6pm. Show at 7pm. I'll play a few songs first. Then Tess Poirier. Then Cots from Montreal, then Bry. It's $20 to get in, or $10 if you are 18 or younger. It's in the specialist space in the city, St Pats.

So, yeah. The last two shows I did at St Pats, Daniel Romano and Basia Bulat, were also two of my all time favs. So maybe after this one it'll be like Malcolm Bauld. Or Paul Simon.
