Black Press Group Inc. purchased the Cloverdale Reporter in March 2008, retaining both the Reporter's dedicated community focus, and Ursula Maxwell-Lewis as managing editor. She retired in 2009. Today, the Cloverdale Reporter is published weekly, on Wednesdays, and has a circulation of
