Perth’s town crier Brent McLaren welcomed all of the walkers to the 2019 Coldest Night of the Year walk at the Smiths Falls Youth Arena on Saturday, Feb. 23. The walk is an annual fundraiser for Cornerstone Landing, which aids homeless youth.

St. Michael Catholic High School in Kemptville remembers from the student-built World War I replica trenches this morning. The special Remembrance ceremonies mark 100 years since the end of the First World War. The Lanark Drum Circle plays a welcoming song at the Perth Healing Forest Memorial unveiling in Last Duel Park.
