We’re looking for a Videographer and an Account Manager—two positions that play very different but equally important roles in delivering high-quality creative work across film, design, web, and social.

Our Videographer is hands-on in production, responsible for executing shoots with technical excellence, following creative briefs, and ensuring footage meets our standards before post-production. This role is about precision, consistency, and strong on-set ex*****on.

Our Account Manager supports the Project Manager by keeping complex, multi-channel projects moving smoothly. This role is operational and strategic, focused on timelines, task coordination, documentation, and cross-team communication. It also includes supporting content strategy and drafting clear client-facing and internal materials to ensure alignment and momentum throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Both roles are critical to how we collaborate internally and how we show up for our clients.

We’re proud to be part of the production team behind The Journey Unbound, a new docu-series presented by the American Warrior Association .

This trailer gives an early look at a series we’re working on closely, with filming still ahead and our team involved throughout the production process — from planning and story development through on-location filming and post-production.

The focus on moral injury and lived experience is important, and we’re grateful to help support this work through thoughtful, intentional storytelling.

Iconium Media is looking for a Videographer who lives for great storytelling, clean ex*****on, and bringing ideas to life through film.

This role is all about capturing high-quality video across client and internal projects, from on-location shoots to polished final edits. You’ll be hands-on with camera, lighting, audio, and post-production, working from strong creative briefs and within a well-defined agency workflow. The focus is on doing the work well, hitting the details, and delivering video that truly connects and performs.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Film Production Manager and creative teams, contributing your craft to projects that challenge you creatively and push your skills forward.

Ten years ago, Iconium Media was born out of a garage, a vision, and the belief that stories have the ability to touch hearts and spark transformation. What began with one project and a small team quickly grew into something bigger: a community of creatives, clients, and partners committed to making an impact.

Along the way, we have faced challenges, embraced change, and learned every step of the way. From navigating our earliest projects, to reimagining possibilities during the pandemic, to becoming a trusted partner for brands across industries, this journey has been shaped by service, creativity, and the people who believed in us.

Last week, we had the joy of celebrating our 10-year anniversary with many of you. Looking back, we are deeply humbled by the trust, collaboration, and encouragement we have received from our team members, clients, partners, and community. Whether you were with us in the garage years, supported us through new chapters, or joined us at our celebration, thank you. You have been the heartbeat of Iconium.

We’re thrilled to share the trailer for Fierce-Hearted Young Women!

Working with Kaitlyn Cey and her team on this project has been an incredible journey. From concept development to set and costume design, from location scouting to filming camp adventures, every detail was carefully planned to reflect the heart of this series and the impact it’s meant to create.

This series, now available on RightNow Media, empowers girls to embrace their God-given identity through confidence, compassion, courage, calling, and creativity. We are grateful for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life and celebrate its launch.
