My living room in its current state.

I’m tempted to make a smart ass comment that I can’t sleep in my bed after recently spending a month in my tent, but that’s not true.

Kind of true, but mostly not. 🙂

New gear, and I like it!

Marmot Tungsten 3P tent.

It’s a really nice balance between lightness and durability.

Some of the featherlight tents on the market which I own are also very fragile.

This tent is not that.

Looking forward to giving it a trial run. 👍

An upgraded tour of Air-Dale Fishing & Hunting's outpost camp located on Little Missinaibi Lake in the heart of Ontario's Chapleau Game Preserve.

I've been to this camp before and there's been some recent improvements.

A huge addition to the deck, a large and powerful solar system, and Starlink wifi which I forgot to mention in the video.

A great camp with fantastic fishing that just keeps on getting better!

Here's a 22 minute video highlighting the short 2 night fly-in trip my son and I did in late September to Air-Dale Fishing & Hunting's remote outpost camp on Little Missinaibi Lake.

Great outfitter, fantastic lake, good fishing and a recently upgraded camp.

Despite the fact it was a very short trip we had a great time.

It's been incredibly difficult coming to terms with what happened on September 11, and putting this video together wasn't easy.

For all those people who knew and loved Adam, these are his last moments.

Until tragedy struck it had been a memorable trip, lots of laughs and lots of fish.
