Hey all, so our family is facing some challenges right now and with Christmas coming I have decided to take the rest of the month off from the podcast to focus on supporting our family’s needs and making sure Christmas is still magical for the kids.

And for us.

Without saying too much, we are now realizing what a privilege it is to care for a parent.

I may drop one more episode in 2024 if I can find time but if not, I’ll be back full force in 2025.

Thank you so much for all the love and support this year as I dedicated my life to carrying a message of recovery to anyone who needed to hear it.

If you’re still breathing, there’s still hope.

We can recover.

Gifts of recovery ❤️‍🩹

I’m so grateful that our recovery has brought us to a place where we can give back to the organizations that helped our family when we needed it.

This week I dropped off a healthy dose of microgreens at the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre

Whenever we have overstock, it is going directly where our hearts are.

The non-profit organizations in Saskatoon that are out there saving lives.

Just as they saved ours.

We can recover.
