This week I got to meet with Mariana from Brazily Fitness! She is a very passionate personal trainer who is sharing her love for Brazilian Dance with the world. Mariana and her husband are focusing their dance fitness around the idea of improved self-confidence, self-esteem and stronger mental health. I love this idea that dance can help you become healthier in your body and mind, and after meeting Mariana I can say her enthusiasm and positive energy is contagious.
