You’re abruptly woken from a deep sleep, he says “get dressed, we gotta go now !”… I jump up like the house is on fire. He rushes me to the car, scared out of my mind I just follow suit. We start driving out of the yard and I finally gather myself look him dead in the eye and say “what in the Sam hell is going on” ?

He looks at me pauses and says. “It’s the attic day sale at Long & Mquade and they have a guitar I want, I knew if I just asked you for a guitar you would have said no, right” ? So now I’m sitting in long and Mquade parking lot in a lawn chair drinking coffee watching the traffic go by 🤦‍♀️. “It could be worse” he says. 🤷‍♀️

“It’s ok to not be ok”

Like many of us grieving is a part of life, if you’re not going through it now I’m sure you already have and if you haven’t hold on for dear life cause when it hits it hits hard and who knows for how long.

I’ve grieved many times and I find myself going through it again now. I can’t help but think what others go through in these dark alone times. I just wanted to reach and and let you know that I’m thinking of you all today, I want you to know you’re important, you matter and what you’re going through matters to me !

I find myself searching for music to lighten my “cloudy days”… Today I stumbled on to this song and it explains what it’s like losing someone, I’ve listened to this songs thousands of times and until today it was just another song, now it means more than ever.

I’m gonna leave this here for anyone and everyone to listen to, I hope it helps just a little bit… remember “
