WHERE IS MY MIND?

Oh my golly, we recently got to work with a fellow Brewery of the Year winner to cook up something perfect for the warming weather. In addition to taking home Canadian Brewing Awards top honours in 2018, British Columbia’s own Dageraad Brewing continues to collect copious hardware, especially in the Belgian beer categories.

Together we decided to dabble in something we’ve both been digging deeply lately: European lagers. So, say saluti to this Italian PIlsner. This style is about subtlety, so we steered clear of the heavy-handed, juicy North American hops and took a page from the European classics instead.

We used Tettnang and Saaz in the dry hop and Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir in the boil to get the characteristically crisp, fleetingly floral aroma we wanted. It’s madly refreshing, insanely quaffable, and just bitter enough to balance the sweetness of the season. Simply put, it’s amore. Try this trick and spin it.

We'll have four styles on tap for growler fills PLUS two of our award-winning beers available in cans, including KPU Birra Rossa -- a gold medal winner at the 2021 US Open College Beer Championship and first place winner at the 2019 BC Beer Awards.

Our mega juicy, ultra joocy, uber joozy collaboration with Winnipeg whizzes is back!

Super Juicii Double NEIPA is a mashup of our two flagship beers, Kilter’s Juicii IPA and Cabin’s Super Saturation NEPA. Think hazy. Think super. Think juicii. Think awesome.

We’ve pushed out more stock than usual to our retail partners, which means we have a light supply left at the brewery. Limited stock will be available at the brewery taproom from 3pm today with a limit of two four-packs per customer and it won’t be available for home delivery sorry.

Check out the list of retailers below to see who is getting stock. Today’s deliveries will take place between 10am and 6pm so it might pay to call first to see if the Cabin van has landed.

🍷 We’ve just tapped into a limited 50L keg of this Haskap Kettle Sour - ringing in at 2.9%, this little number was conditioned with haskap berries from our pals at .

🥊 If you’re thinking its deep red colour could indicate a deep haskap flavour, by golly you would be right. The haskap juice takes the edge off of the sourness and packs a flavourful punch that even non-sour beer drinkers can love.

Taking inspiration from one of our brewers Mediterranean roots, this honey ale is flavoured with lemon and ironwort (Greek mountain tea). It aims to replicate the floral sweet tea brewed for visiting loved ones, or just to stave off the winter chills. Notes of green tea, mint, woodsy tannins and lemon balance the delicate yet complex aroma of Manitoba wildflower honey.

Long before fruited sours were everywhere this was early in our lineup. It’s been over a year. We are stoked to bring this local favourite back! This wild blueberry Ale clocks in at 5.1%. It’s tart & balanced with a nice blueberry finish!

No cows involved in this creamy stout! We used oat milk as a milk sugar alternative to add sweetness and body without the lactose so this brew can be enjoyed by everyone including our dairy free friends. Notes of chocolate and roasted coffee can be found in this full bodied, dessert stout.

This beer was brewed to compliment the holiday season and is the perfect treat to enjoy with friends, apres-ski, or to curl up with on cold winter nights.
