Good morning everyone! Welcome and please feel free to message me with any questions. My name is Shay, I am registered social worker and counsellor, this means of you live in Alberta and have insurance, I can direct bill! I also over life coaching to those who are not looking to dig into the past or feel they have nothing in the present they need to talk about. Sometimes we are focused on the paths to what we want our future to look like and life coaching is a better fit for that! I am trained in all 3 and can help with you past, present and future selves!
I have experience with all ages and stages, and help with parenting struggles, relationships, career changes, goals, empowerment, understanding your diagnosis ( because yes, having a diagnosis of anything is a scary word for many!), mental health, and so much more!
