What does this mean?

I had a dream, that Africa was a global super power. I saw people from Europe and North America at a dock fighting for a seat on a gigantic ship. Then i was taken to Heathrow Airport London where i saw the same thing occur, except this time people struggled to purchase a plane ticket. These scenes seemed to be occurring all across European and North American. I had never seem such a pandemonium over tickets so i looked at one of the tickets. Departure - “West”. Arrival - “UCA”. UCA? I studied high school geography enough to know that that UCA was not on the map. I looked a little closer towards the bottom. And it read “ United Countries of Africa” (UCA). Immediately i was taken to Africa. It looked like nothing i had ever seen. I saw enormous sky scrappers across a metropolis city built with reinforced glass and fiber. It glistened in the sun so that the entire city was radiant with light. The strangest thing was that it did not look westernized. It looked Africanized, as though African culture globally dictated what was modern technology and infrastructure. I saw futuristic roads that seemed to be designed for modern cars and just above the roads, suspended in the sky were a fleet of gold and black sky trains that zipped past each other at unbelievable speeds, travelling from the north to the south in minutes. Then i was taken to the market place where i saw a booming economy that was made up of an African auto industry and African industrialized manufacturers that produced everything from rice and cotton to concrete and heavy machinery. I kept seeing 3% over and over again at the corner of my eye, when i turned to look at it i realized instantly what it stood for. The Poverty ratio. It was at 3%. It seemed that African’s were so wealthy materially that they sent aid to foreign countries. I saw children and young people jumping and playing together with big smiles. They were adorned with exquisite clothing, styles in a way I had never seen before. Some were holding soldering irons and building circuit boards whilst others engaged in high powered debates about social reform. This particular group spoke as learned people with competence and crisp articulation. There seemed to be no food shortages, no electrical failures, no famine, no disease. Instead there was an abundance of food and water for each household and an abundance of j.

This was not the Africa i grew up knowing. As i looked over the entire scenery I became overwhelmed by what i saw and i began to weep uncontrollably. I wept because i remembered the echoing mantra of the world condemning Africa as a continent without a real future. And yet right before my eyes in the place once described as the garbage of the world stood an extraordinary world power. I hadn't wept for long before i saw the most shocking sight yet. It was a man. A young man. A man of the people and elected by them. A kingly figure like the biblical David and Africa stood united behind him. As i drew closer to see his face clearly, i woke up.

What on earth does this dream mean? I cannot forget it no matter how hard i try.
