I usually don’t announce my goals as I like to quietly work towards them but, I also want to share more about the life behind The Radical Massage Therapist and be an inspiration to lead a life of freedom and flexibility as a massage therapist.
I signed up for my first 1/2 marathon event, Ottawa Race weekend May 25, 2025. Follow me as I train to complete the race feeling good and injury free!
