The morning unfolded like a monochrome canvas—a wash of gray that clung to the edges of my world. The sky, usually a cheerful blue, wore a heavy cloak of clouds. Raindrops tapped insistently on my umbrella, their rhythm matching the beat of my heart. Summer, it seemed, had taken a detour, leaving behind a chill that crept through my jacket.

As I drove to work, the streets mirrored my mood. Traffic snarled like a tangled thread, weaving frustration into the fabric of my day. Sighs of frustration though not audible are visible on the faces of commuters, tempers nearly flaring, and I sat there, a captive audience in this asphalt theater. The windshield wipers swished back and forth, their hypnotic motion failing to soothe my nerves.

And then, the news, as I responded to a call on my phone – announcing a cruel end to a cherished life as the voice on the line, tinged with sorrow, whispered: “Michelle has passed at 2:30 this morning.” That bright star we have known for years in our digital constellation had faded. Cancer, relentless and merciless, had claimed her. I thought of her contagious laughter that drew her even closer to her radio listeners, of her wit, of her dedication to entertaining thousands of OFWs across cyberspace. How could someone so vibrant be silenced?

The grayness deepened. It wasn’t just rain—it was tears from the heavens, mourning alongside us. Michelle’s fight, brief yet fierce, left a void in our hearts. Her body, once a vessel of strength, now succumbed to the ravages of illness. And we, mere mortals, grappled with the unfairness of it all.

As I stepped out of my car, umbrella dripping, I carried the weight of loss. The rain, unrelenting, baptized me in grief. But perhaps there was solace in this shared grayness. We were all part of a larger narrative - a tapestry woven with threads of joy and sorrow. Michelle’s legacy, like raindrops on glass, would linger—a reminder to cherish every moment, to dance even when the sky wept.

So, here’s to Michelle—the deejay, the host, the soul who spun melodies across continents. May her laughter echo in the rain, her spirit ride the wind, and her memory remain etched in the pixels of our screens. Farewell, dear friend. Your light may have dimmed, but it will forever illuminate our hearts.

Today, July 11, 2024. I sought to honour both the mundane and the profound.

Based in Philadelphia, she has been featured in a couple of big ticket concerts where she has shared the stage with popular American performers. Pretty and a gifted performer, she is down-to-earth and humble despite her status. She joins us tonight, Saturday Philippine Time (9AM EST) with her music and journey in the music world.

Please join us during this one-hour livestream and enjoy her company. She will not disappoint.

After our interview with Lady ELiz, Game Master Zaida Jazmin will take over with her games and TInig Pinoy's pampa good vibes roleta with token pries para s amga kalahok.

Kuya Dan's FB account has been compromised again. There's somebody pretending to be Kuya Dan with a profile picture that is similar (in a way) to mine. Shown here is Kuya Dan's real profile page:

NOTE: The FAKE Kuya Dan account has a "ring" around his picture that has "CLIMATE ACTION" markings on it. Also the account name says "" and had only 11 friends, as of 9PM today.

So, please do not accept the friend request.
