'Significant' number of properties destroyed in West Kelowna wildfires, officials say
Officials say a significant number of homes have been destroyed by the McDougall Creek wildfire, a fast-burning wildfire in the West Kelowna area. The wildfire grew more than a hundredfold from 64 hectares to 6,800 hectares in just 24 hours.
