On November 29, 2022, Lynne Hanson , Bernard Frazer and I engaged in a very real, honest and heartfelt conversation about the effects of alcohol on our lives. We talk about life before we made the decision to quit drinking, and how things changed for us afterward. We also share strategies that we employ (to this day) that keep us sober.
I felt it was time to replay that episode on tomorrow's show. Back when it aired, I was hosting Tuesday Special Blend. I hope you'll take a moment to listen in tomorrow. The interview will begin right after the 8am BBC News.
Both Lynne and Bernard have agreed to this interview being replayed. We all believe that sharing our stories might help someone else.

It's been 11+ months since Matty aka Graven has been with me, playing his tunes Live, and hanging out in the On Air studio.
So, I'm happy to report that Matty will be joining me from 8am to 9am tomorrow on and we have a new album to talk about and I'm hoping for a World Radio Premier! We'll update this photo too!

You know, there's many things that bring me joy as a volunteer host at CKCU . One of them comes when I'm reviewing my playlist for an upcoming Friday Nite Truck Stop show that I'll be filling in for. I load all the tunes up and put them in the order I think I'll want; then listen to them uninterrupted to make sure nothing detracts from the feels for this sonic journey.
When it's going well, and I don't need to disrupt the flow, our Stella winds up lying peacefully adjacent, and listens along. I'd say my Fill-In scheduled for February 16th is going to be a feast for your soul. Thanks as always Ray Harris Music - Canada for these opportunities.
