Wide Angle Recordings

Hi everyone, for those of you still following along here, first of all, thanks. Second, this week I will be rolling the Wide Angle Recordings SoundCloud page over to Cityscape Sessions. All of the Wide Angle content will still be available. The major differences will be:

1) The URL will change to soundcloud.com/cityscapesessions
2) The priority of content will shift to Cityscape Sessions.

For the last year or two engagement on the Wide Angle SoundCloud page has been increasingly geared towards the Cityscape Sessions content. This, combined with the fact that Wide Angle Recordings is officially closed, is why I believe the merge is the best decision going forward. There will be a lot of exciting content to share via the updated SoundCloud page in the month's ahead.

Cid Inc likely needs no introduction to listeners of the show. Dual Shaman - Noctum [10 Years of Wide Angle Recordings]

Over the years, Dual Shaman has been consistently developing their craft and growing as artists. Their love for analog sees them focusing on a more raw sound these days, while still paying homage to their musical and melodic brilliance. For us, their track "Noctum" perfectly captures the of best worlds; a powerful melody and a raw, aggressive energy. It's a somewhat-overlooked masterpiece that is among our favourites.

Dual Shaman's "Noctum" is a part of our special "10 Years of Wide Angle Recordings" release, available April 16 at Beatport.
