Made Kapuśniak: Polish Sauerkraut Soup
yesterday with my fresh made Kraut that I made just before we left . It sat in the basement fermenting for just over 4 weeks but I may give it another week although it was pretty good already. You just can't rush a good thing and it may get even better.So good and extremely healthy for you. Well accept the bacon may be. lol

Looks like there was some kind of cyber attack on the computer system controlling planes Thursday. I think we may have been lucky to get home at all. Hopefully they will find our luggage. Lost a lot of things including some very old photos which really have me worried. Everything else can be replaced.

Interesting to see the difference in the overall perspective of peoples living outside of North America. Most seem to actually know whats going on in the world and share many of my opinions that seem to be controversial here. We here in Canada and the USA really are being fed a load of lies by our media on most world issues.
