Full Job Description
Glowe Talent is looking for fun, energetic, outgoing individuals looking to become paid live streamers on a top grossing app.

We partner with a global social media platform that offers a great compensation package for live streaming, audio streaming and podcasting and even gaming! You can earn anywhere from $$260 to $24k monthly depending on hours and quota achieved monthly

It is also a great way to build your brand, business, and network as well as flourish socially on a global scale. Whether you want to sing, dance, cook, discuss business or crafting, you can broadcast and livestream whatever you want within company guidelines (no violence etc)

Glowe Talent also pays for training for each host that passes their audition. Training is a one time 1.5 hour zoom class taught by a top host on the app. You will also have Glowe as your manager/mentor throughout your time as a paid host.

Requirements:
Be 18 years of age or older
Live stream minimum of 30 hours monthly (no more than 2 billable hours a day) but you are open to stream as often as you'd like.

✨Glowe Talent is hiring individuals to go live from their mobile phones and broadcast content of their choice. The official host will be paid a competitive salary ranging from $640 USD up + tips with ample opportunity for bonuses for completing monthly goals

✓The right candidate will be friendly, outgoing & must not be camera shy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Host a live chat show approximately 5-8 hours a week (similar to IG live). Broadcasts can consist of anything from a simple chat with your viewers, to a cooking class, dance routine, playing guitar…basically anything you want it to be! Be your own boss. Set your own hours.
Have you ever gone Live on Instagram or facebook and shown your friends what you are up to, all the while reading & responding to the comments and hearts coming in? This is what being a live broadcaste's job is like when hired by us. If hired, we call you an “Official Host” on Bigo Live app.

✨The monthly salary is earned by completing goals as outlined below.
When our official hosts go live on Bigo they can receive "virtual gifts" from their viewers, which can be cashed out for money. When you receive a gift, it's deposited into your Bigo wallet in the apps currency that they call a bean.
210 beans = $1 usd.
•Gifts range in worth from a dollar up to thousands of dollars. Hosts can cash out their beans every 7 days regardless if they reach their month goal or not.
Bigo rewards official hosts by paying them a certain amount of money each month if that a host reaches at least the minimum goals.
The minimum goals are:
30 hours live per MONTH (not per week, per month)
40k beans ($190) in gifts received per month
When the host reaches those 2 minimum goals Bigo pays them $640 usd (in addition to $190 in gifts you would've received) which totals that months earnings to $830 usd
The next level would be 30 hours streamed & min. 90k beans in gifts received,Bigo will pay the host $800.
The pay goes all the way up to $24k/ month plus tips (gifts)
The app is set up in a way that encourages gift giving.

The amount of followers one has has no bearing on the result of your audition. We welcome all to apply.
