Get Moving 🏃‍♂️: Exercise isn't just good for your body, it's great for your mind too. Engaging in physical activity releases endorphins, natural stress-busters that can help alleviate anxiety. Even a short walk can make a difference!

Positive Affirmations 🌟: Start your day by telling yourself something positive. Affirmations like 'I am calm and in control' can reframe your mindset and combat the negative thoughts that fuel anxiety.

Breathwork 🌬: Practice the 4-4-6 breathing technique to find your calm. Breathe in for four seconds, hold for four seconds and breathe out slowly and evenly for 6 seconds. This exercise helps regulate the nervous system and brings you back to a state of relaxation.
