Le R.E.C Room is a multipurpose company rooted in the following philosophy; every family can easily build a lifestyle that integrates physical and mental health as second nature. We are of the belief that it is exciting to challenge ones' self mentally and physically and we are here to make it easy to do so. We are located in 2 places:
Le REC Room at 5255 Ferrier and Mini REC located within the Cote Saint Luc Aquatic and Community Center. We specialize in programming of all kinds for children and take extreme pride in all that we do. We organize birthday parties where you can take care of everything, or where we can customize it & coordinate from head to toe. We pride ourselves on thinking outside of the box to offer all of our clients a one of a kind experience with something for everyone. And if we don't do it, and you want us to, we want to hear about it!

Not only do they get to twirl, groove, and shine, but they also build confidence, improve coordination, and develop social skills—all while having the time of their lives!

GYMKATA- one of our most popular classes taught by is an intro into all the various types of martial arts.

What to expect?
The children will be able to

🔺learn respect and discipline
🔸learn important concepts of anti bullying, self defense, empowerment, teamwork and respect!
All this in a highly physical engaging and FUN environment.

Does your kid love to paint and draw? The Little Picasso's Art Class is perfect for 3 to 5 years old - a great activity for siblings to do together. What better way to spend Tuesday afternoons?

We love collaborating with to bring you this incredible painting class for kids!
The kids will learn so much about art through exciting weekly painting activities in a dynamic, fun, nurturing environment in our Mini REC space!

Looking for a fun activity to do Mondays at 10:30am for your kiddos?
Check out our Dinos class 🙌🏻 It's the most advanced Mini Gym program and perfect for those kids who aren't in daycare yet, but who are moving and grooving and who are starting to take directions real well.

This class is lead by our incredible Coach Jeremy- and the best part is that the kids have an amazing time while the guardian can take a backseat most of the time- it's a win win!

Did you know babies as young as 4 to 6 months old can participate in classes?
🪼Check out our Jellyfish classes - This is an incredible way to bond with a child as well as build extreme confidence in your movements with them and assurance that you are helping to support their physical development.

👶🏼 A perfect class for babies who minimally can sit up, can push up and have neck control. Kids who are (starting to) roll back and forth & could be beginning to crawl (4-10 months old).
