From spacey to bassy, Codes brings his own twist to the underground side of House. His head nodding rhythms, crowd-pleasing turntablism, and raw energy, combine to keep Codes busy pushing club music boundaries in and out of the studio.

Codes continues to bring his own twist on house music. His DJ sets are just as funky as his tracks, both heavily influenced by hip hop and the art of DJing. His unique sound combines precision, artistry, and a whole lot of fun to produce a vibe that lingers long after he’s left the stage. His releases on Dirtybird, Holy Molé, Medium Rare, Box Of Cats, and Night Bass are just a peek at what lies ahead for Codes.

Après 3 ans et demi à Newspeak, le temps est venu pour nous de se séparer de notre maison bien aimée. C’est une tâche émotionnelle de quitter un endroit que nous aimions tant. Nous aimerions prendre ce moment pour remercier tous les gens qui sont venus célébrer et danser avec nous. Tous les excellents artistes, locaux et internationaux, qui nous ont aidés à faire de nos évènements mensuels la légende qu’ils sont devenus dans nos coeurs et esprits. 2019 est le début de quelque chose de nouveau. Après avoir tenu une soirée à Igloofest et Dômesicle, nos plans pour l’été sont en ébullition. Gardez vos oreilles bien ouvertes et restez connectés pour connaître la suite. À bientôt sur un (nouveau) dancefloor près de chez vous. ----------- After an amazing 3 ½ years at Newspeak, the time has come for us to part ways with our beloved home base. It’s been an emotional task to part ways with a place we all love so much. We’d like to take this moment, and thank everyone of you who came out to celebrate and dance with us. All the truly amazing artists, both local and international, who all helped make this monthly event the legend that it has become in our hearts and minds.
