This past Sunday was the anniversary of an album set in 2022 where authoritarianism is on the rise, racial injustice is prevalent, and aliens are telling us to clean up the Earth or they'll kill us all. Thankfully, none of this is applicable in the REAL 2022.
Yes, Nine Inch Nails' stripped down, yet epically grand album Year Zero turned 15 this past Sunday, so Andrew sat down with former Bad Transitions co-host Craig Carestia to talk about the album and the ARG they got to witness and talk about back in 2007 on WIXQ.
A playlist seems unnecessary since its mainly talk, but here's the songs featured during the course of the show and a listen link below that:
Hyperpower!
My Violent Heart
The Warning
Me, I'm Not
Vessel
Meet Your Master
The Great Destroyer

Sunday's show is more of a talky because former Bad Transitions co-host Craig Carestia is going to stopping by to discuss the fifteen year anniversary of Nine Inch Nails' Year Zero, an album released on April 17, 2017 and set in the year 2022. Tune in to hear about the album, and the ARG marketing campaign that preceded it, 4 - 6PM on CJLO - 1690AM.
Oh, and Trent, you can feel free to live tweet it if you have nothing else to do, or just give a synopsis afterwards if that works better for you.
