Bravo to Steve Jalbert who won 'Crimes of Passion' by Pat Benatar on vinyl and fifty bucks to spend at Aux 33 Tours! 'You Better Run' was the second music video to play on MTV when the network launched on August 1, 1981. It played right after 'Video Killed The Radio Star' by The Buggles.

Classic Vinyl Sunday will be back on January 12, 2025 with 'American Woman' by The Guess Who.

Happy Holidays! 🥳

In a new cover story for Rolling Stone, the Coldplay frontman explains with a "profound generosity of spirit" why he thinks there are so many detractors amongst their many fans. "We’re a very, very easy, safe target. We’re not going to bite back. We are four white, middle-class men from England. We deserve to take some s**t for what our people have done. There’s a reason we get to play all around the world, and part of it is not necessarily very healthy.” More at CHOM.com.

Happy Holidays to you and yours! ✨🎄 Enjoy this Christmas classic by none other than the late master grunge crooner Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots, in fine form back in 2006! (Bilal)

In December 1969, the Rolling Stones released their first truly great album -- the first in a series of brilliant albums. And it managed to unseat the Beatles' Abbey Road from the top of the charts. It came at a time of great emotional turmoil and change, as the band's founder, Brian Jones, had died during the period of the album's recording. Undeterred, the Stones delivered one of their very best records, Let It Bleed. Randy Renaud has the story behind it for its 55th anniversary on this week's edition of the Chronicles of Rock. Listen here. 🎧
