To all my fellow Men & supporters of building better Men, welcome. My name is Matt Strathdee, I'm a Music Artist, Content Creator, and Storyteller that is incredibly passionate about helping Men reach their highest self through Mindset, Mental Health, & Well-being. I think all Men should take care of themselves, continue to upgrade their mindset, and create the life of their dreams that is healthy, happy, and fulfilling. I do not come to you with a certificate or degree, I come to you with hard earned experience and life lessons that I've been through first hand on my journey in life so far. I'm here to build a community that truly supports each other & makes each other better. So thank you for being here, and I look forward to building with all of you.
