If didn’t already know, Nessa gave birth to baby #2 and we are still at the hospital so I won’t be able to run the live workout this morning!

I will try my beet to be there on Friday thought!! 😀

Hey everyone! :)

Don't forget tomorrows workout is at noon (12 est.)

Serious dilemma here for the long run:

- Should I stream only on Twitch & Upload the videos on Youtube for those who missed them
or
- Should I buy a Nintendo switch to go live once every week playing Ring fit (700$ investment with capture card) here on Facebook.

Reason for this question is that stars won't ever be enable if I don't stream a videogame once every week & probably same for the supporter badge..

If this isn't a showstopper for those working out with me during the lives, I would fully transition to twitch & upload on Youtube afterwards.

This page would stay up to share the streams, share meal plans, exchange with each other, etc..
