To my friends out there who are planning to purchase their 1st home, why don’t you save your down payment through FHSA First Home Savings Account. Here the link below:

A first home savings account (FHSA) is a registered plan allowing you, as a prospective first-time home buyer, to save for your first home tax-free (up to certain limits). You can open an FHSA starting April 1, 2023.

Todays financial advice: please take care of your credit, heres how:

1. Pay your bills on time and don’t miss any. For your credit card, pay atleast the minimum.
2. Spend within your budget and dont max out your credit card limit.
3. Refrain from credit inquiry if not necessary or else lenders might think you struggle financially.
4. Dont close your oldest credit card specially if there’s no annual fee to have enough length of history
5. Have mix credit history both revolving and installment type. We always look at how you manage both!
6. Bad credit makes so expensive to get a loan and can also hinder us from getting approval so beware of going to a trustee for a debt consol, or bankrupctcy.
7. lastly, continue to establish good character of being a hardworking, responsible and trustworthy!

To anybody who plan to buy a house, vehicle, wants to get a credit card, or häs money set aside on their regular account, there’s no risk to ask. book your appointment now!
