Tamil Heritage Month Council and Tamil Canadian Centre for Civic Action (TCCCA), in collaboration with close to 200 Tamil Canadian organizations across Canada
A special evening celebrating the 16th Annual Tamil Heritage Month. The official theme for the 16th annual Tamil Heritage Month will be TAMILVIBES | Celebrating Tamil Arts & Honouring Tamil Artists. This theme will explore the histories and impact of Tamil arts and their influence on the world. The theme will focus on varieties of Tamil arts including, but not limited to, music, dance, visual arts, and cinema.
Thursday, January 9th, 2024, from 5:00PM to 9:00PM-Scarborough Civic Centre
200 plus Organizations across Canada will be participating in Tamil Heritage Month Council's activities this year. Today's event guest count is expected to be nearly 200 members of the community and 22 elected officials from all three levels of the government and all the major political parties. Mayor Olivia Chow will also be speaking at the event.
CTCC is organizing a public meeting-Tamil jewelry stores safety and security of businesses
The recent surge in daytime lootings targeting Tamil jewelry stores in Scarborough/Markham is a matter of grave concern for our community. As leaders and stakeholders, we believe it is vital to collaborate and develop proactive measures to ensure the safety and security of our businesses and residents.
The Canadian Tamil Chamber of Commerce (CTCC) is organizing a public meeting to address these concerns.

அதேவேளை ஆயிரக்கணக்கான உள்நாட்டு வெளிநாட்டு அடியவர்கள் அங்க பிரதட்சணம் செய்தும், நூறுக்கணக்கானவர்கள் காவடிகள் எடுத்தும் கற்பூர சட்டிகள் ஏந்தியும் வழிபட்டனர் .
