It's been a while since I've done a podcast episode, but I have a brand new one with three special guests; my granddaughter who is in the FLATO Academy Theatre Lindsay's Wizard of Oz for next month, my friend Steve Green, and his 97-year-old dad, Len Green, who worked as a set designer, painter and builder for the theatre back in the 1970s!

Also in this episode is a song I sing celebrating Oktoberfest! It's a banger if I do say so myself!

Episode 18 is now out for the Now & Then Podcast, and we have some special stars!

One of which is Freddy Kwon, guitarist of Heaps with my good friend Warren Frank. Freddy is also currently a coordinator at an artist agency, and we talk to him about what it is like working with all the different artists, writers and promoters.

We also have Rob Barg, who is Chairman of the Program Committee at FLATO Academy Theatre Lindsay, of which I am a member too, and we talk about how the theatre picks ATPs - academy theatre productions - how tribute productions are picking up worldwide, and more!

We also continue the story of our good friend Andy McNeilly and how after he went viral in Indonesia, he became a cultural observer on talk shows and television programs!

We have several amazing guest speakers for the March episode of the Now & Then Podcast, but two notable ones are my old friends Connor Brock Stephen and James Barker of the James Barker Band, who both met at the Trillium Arts Camp and were part of the Odyssey Project here in Lindsay together. Years later, they have a CCMA Award (Canadian Country Music Association) under their belts and are performing at the Grand Ole Opry! The podcast episode will be up later today! Tune in!

I am quite sad tonight . Doug Tangney, one of our terrific guests on our Podcast, has past away. He was a lovely man and spent his adult life chasing his dreams. He was a working actor in Canada for over 40 years, which is really quite incredible. He remained optimistic and upbeat throughout his life and he will be missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends. R.I. P. Doug.
