Well we're jazzed. Last week, Ian Christopher Goodman got to film with the crew of Going Native TV that appears on APTN. It's a vital series highlighting positive stories of Indigenous Peoples around the world, including the burlesque dancer . Ian learned a ton from the director of photography Sam Karney of Ice River Films, pictured here giving Ian heck in the nicest way possible. AND Ian was reunited with Kurt Spenrath, the director of the episode, and childhood friend from their days with St. Albert Children's Theatre, a very special place. Their faces were pretty much like that all day long. 😉

If you're looking for something to do today, there's a film festival all the way over in Cyprus. Akamatsu the Cat is the one Canadian film appearing in it. Goes till 5 pm today. Price is 7 EURO ($10.50 CAD) and all proceeds go to A Dog's Day Out in Cyprus, which takes unadopted senior and disabled dogs in shelters out for totally pampered days.
