Do not shampoo your strands! 🤯 For many years, I would shampoo my scalp and my hair all the way to the tips. In my head, it was logic since I was always told that washing my hair was important to keep it clean. What I was never told was that shampoos have sulfates (most of them have harsh sulfates). Sulfates are used to clean impurities from your scalp or skin. Harsh sulfates (SLS, SLES) may be found in more than 90% of haircare and bodycare products. These sulfates strip your natural oils from your skin (including your scalp). With time, this can cause dry skin on your scalp and can lead to other scalp issues such as thinning hair and hairloss. (Did you know that products containing these type of sulfates do testing on animals to test the percentage of irritation?) If these ingredients are harsh for your scalp that has natural oils, imagine what it does to your strands where your natural scalp oils don't reach? By shampooing your strands you only cause dryness. And it's worst if you dye or bleach you stands. Tell me, do you have dry hair? #noslssles #noharshsulfates #drydamagedhair #drystrands #healthyscalphealthyhair #naturalskinoils #veganhairproducts #veganskincareproducts #naturalwhitehair
A different type of business 🤓 How many times have you changed jobs? Through my years of work experience, I've worked with amazing teams. I've also had the experience to work with teams where the work environment was difficult. Either way, I've learned from each experience and that has helped me grow as a person and employee. Now, what if I tell you that in Network Marketing it's a different type of business? Network Marketing is based on relationships and communication with others. We know the person before even thinking of offering the business. Many that start the business are clients way before. You choose your team. This is why so many teams in Network Marketing are strong. We not only help each other grow but, just as the flower and the bee, we also enjoy working as a team in an peaceful environment. Have you considered Network Marketing as a side-hustle (for extra income) or as a future full-time job? #workenvironmentmatters #networkmarketingopportunity #womensupportingwomen #differenttypeofbusiness #workfromhomejobs #hairandskingoals #strongteam
Tips for Dried Damaged Strands. Do you feel your stands are just to dried, always tangled with split-ends? First, give you hair a break of whatever you're doing. If you bleach them or dye them, give them a break. If you use hot tools, give them a break. At least for 2-3 months. Yes, that much time. It seems long but it's the best you can do to have healthy hair. While your stopping bleach, dye and/or hot tools, make sure you use the correct products. It's a must. You want to repair all the damage and keep it healthy for a while before going back to your routine. Here are some of my recommendations: ✓ use a hydrating shampoo. ✓ use a masque to repair your strands. ✓ use a conditioner to treat damaged hair. ✓ once a week oil treatment. When. Searching for a type of product, make sure it does not include non-soluble silicones. If you really want the ingredients to penetrate into your hair, you must avoid these type of silicones. My preferred collection for this type of problem is the Damage Repair collection by Monat and the Rejuveniqe Oil once a week as scalp and strands treatment. If you're tired of your damaged hair, will you be willing to do these changes for 2-3 months? #hairgoals #healthyhair #damagedhairsolutions #giveyourhairabreak #loveyourcrown #veganhairproducts #naturalwhitehair

I use more makeup back then. Today, I use it for special occasions. My hair use to shine so beautifully but it was always dry and unhealthy. The harsh silicones from pharmacy products were just killing my hair little by little. Does your hair and skin feel the same? Haircare ingredients you should avoid. 😲 The truth is that most haircare companies want to sell their products and the last thing they will do is teach you what type of ingredients they use. 🤦🏻♀️ When the consumer starts having scalp or hair issue, the last thing they will do is reimburse you. Why? Because you buy at your own risk. Yes! You buy at the pharmacy or grocery store? Is there someone present to explain the products you're buying? Unfortunately no. 🤷🏻♀️ Unfortunately, many hairstylist also don't know about the ingredients. They know what the product does and which one to use to style your hair. Hair stylists are not to blame. These so called "professional haircare" companies are not doing enough to train them. Again, you buy at your own risk. The so called "profesional products" do not give information about their "secret ingredients". One last question. When was the last time you got reimbursed for the products you bought at a hair salon after using them for a couple of weeks? Let me help you by sharing some of the ingredients you should avoid on your haircare products. Sulphates: ✓ Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate ✓ Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) ✓ Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES)... Non-soluble Silicones: ✓ Dimethicone ✓ Ceteraryl Methicone ✓ Stearyl Dimethicone... How many products do you have and don't use? Taking hair of your skin and hair is important. But when it comes to stocking up on products you don't use because you have not seen results, is it worth it? When I started using clean products, I had a big black trash bag full of skincare and haircare products. 🙈 It was then that I realized how much money I had put on products that didn't even give results. And worst, when I would stock them in my drawers, I knew I was not going to get my money back. Many of us go through the same. I know how you feel because you just lost your money. But keeping products that did not give you results back then, won't give you results today. Today, I have found THE products that not only have given huge results on my hair and skin but it has also for millions of women around the world. And guess what? You have a 30 day warranty. For me, this has been a huge money saver. I get to try them for almost a month. If it fits my needs I keep it. If it doesn't I return it and get my money back. This way I get to keep the products that I REALLY need and that give the results I want. Btw, it's spring. Why not throw way the old and start with the new? #spendyourmoneywisely #cleanhaircare #cleanskincareproducts #outwiththeoldandinwiththenew #naturalwhitehair
Do you rush your skin care routine? As women we multitask many things specially in the morning before heading to work. Too many times we rush our skin care routine and there comes a time when we realize our skin is missing something. We realize our skin is dry, too oily or just popping out of nowhere. One main tip is take your time during your skin care routine. Don't rush it and do it right. 1st. Double cleanse your skin. (First cleanse will get rid of impurities on your skin and the second will help penetrate the ingredients into your skin). 2nd. Always apply a serum treatment (for hydration, breakout prevention or skin tone balance). 3rd. Always apply a cream to protect the hydration on your skin. 4th: Do not forget your sun protection cream. The best coverage are the broad spectrum ones. If you want to have a healthy skin, don't rush your skin care routine. Greasy hair = daily wash? 🛀 Not exactly. Let me explain it to you. There's many things that can cause your hair to become greasy. It's normal for your scalp to produce natural oils. They hydrate your scalp and your roots. But here are the reasons why you might feel an overproduction of oils from your scalp. ✓ Natural environmental factors (dirt from the air outside, excessive humidity, heat). ✓ Intense exercise. ✓ Product buildup. ✓ Over-washing your hair. ✓ Not washing your hair correctly (Yes! There's a correct way to do it! 🙈). ✓ Harsh ingredients from your haircare products. If you use the correct product for your needs, you won't need to wash your hair every day. Here are some tips: ✓ Look for natural ingredients that are not too harsh for your scalp (sulphate-free is a good option since sulphate can over dry your scalp and cause more oil production. ✓ You can try washing your hair less often. This is a trial and error that will help you understand your scalp . ✓ Reduce the amount of products you apply to your strands. ✓ Make sur to double cleanse your scalp. ✓ An oil treatment can help balance the sebum production.
