Exciting opportunity to rent a cottage at our marina. By February 28th, we will have our cottage available for rent. The 4 season cottage will offer year round rental opportunities. Beautiful boating in the summer, many snowmobile trails close by in the winter, and beautiful scenery year round. Come join us at The Landing at Ivy Lea.
2 night minimum rental from after Labour Day until June 27th and 5 night minimum from June 27th to Labour Day.

Our cottage has 1.5 baths, 3 bedrooms each with 1 queen bed and a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate up to 8 people.
Equipped with AC, wifi, linens, full kitchen, BBQ, and many more amenities. Seadoo rental available on site. Boat slips subject to availability.

Beautiful scenic views of the St Lawrence River, 1000 Island bridge and overlooking our 60 slip marina.

Slip Availability

We currently have 2 slips available for the 2024 season. If you are interested in becoming a member of The Landing, please submit your application to [email protected]. We will be accepting applications until May 17th and we will be in contact after that date.
The 2 slips we have can accommodate 26-32ft. Please send the following information to us with the subject line ‘slip application’. Boat length, length overall, beam, if it is on a trailer or not, make and year.

Attention: COVID-19 exposure at last weekend’s 1000 Islands-Gananoque Poker Run.

The Health Unit asks those who attended Poker Run events at the following locations on Saturday, August 28 to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 and seek testing at an Assessment Centre:
• Poker Run Meeting at Comfort Inn in Gananoque 7:30am to 9:00am
• Poker Run Meeting at Moose McGuire’s Restaurant in Brockville 12:00pm to 1:30pm
• Poker Run Dinner at Moroni’s Restaurant in Gananoque – 7:00pm to 11:00pm

You know, Sheldon and I have lived near the St Lawrence River our whole lives. He spent much of his childhood boating and camping on the river (mine is a different story 🤣), but it wasn’t until we got married that his love for fixing watercraft grew into a business. We bought our first boat not long after, and have spent every year cruising from the Long Sault parkway all the way to the Great Lakes. We love this river! In fact we never go anywhere else. When we showed up here last fall after hearing it was for sale, I instantly fell in love. I knew this was meant to be the next stepping stone for our business and our family. I walked the docks alone this afternoon and just listened to the wind and the waves. It’s so peaceful, so beautiful. My appreciation for this place grew immensely this weekend! We may not be starting off the way we planned, but we will do everything in our power to salvage this season for all our boaters who live to spend their summers in this place! HAPPY EASTER 🐣 to you and your families. We hope everyone is navigating this uncharted territory with cautious optimism. We hope to see you in the near future, whenever it’s safe to do so!

The Landing's first annual golf tournament at Greene Acre Golf Club was a great success yesterday. Thanks to all who came out and special thanks to Lorne and Marg Zens for organizing the day and the dinner afterwards. Congrats to the mens team of Sean O'Brien, Geoff Burn and Lorne Zens for the winning score of 2 under par. Closest to the pin award went to the ladies team of Dale Burn, Patti O'Brien, and Marg Zens. Longest put went to the team of Kevin McManus, Marty MacArthur, Bobby Watt and Kevin Rose.
