🚨 Preliminary By-Election Results! 🚨

With 854 votes, Deena Beeston is expected to be the next Mayor of Ladysmith! 🎉

A total of 1,740 votes were cast, with 22.93% of registered voters participating in the by-election.

🗳️ , it's time to vote! 🗳️

General Voting Day for the 2025 mayoral by-election is TODAY at Frank Jameson Community Centre (810 6th Avenue) from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm.

All ballots—advance, mail-in, and in-person—will be counted and tallied after polls close.

⚠️ Preliminary results will be available on the Town’s website and social media once voting wraps up.
