A pleasure to play in glorious sunshine this past Saturday for Royal Canadian Legion Branch 126 Warriors Day. We joined the Ceremonial Band of the Waterloo Regional Police Service , Toronto Ulster Accordion Band, Legion members, 822 'Tutor' Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron and Councillors in a short ceremony honouring members past and present of the armed forces, followed by some light music from each of the bands

Swing Shift "Little" Big Band is anxious to return to Smokeshow BBQ and Brew on Sunday, Sept. 11 from 3 to 6 pm along with Larisa Renee and Dave Statham on vocals. The food is great, the sound and sight lines wonderful and there's ample parking in the area, so bring your friends and family for a great afternoon of your favourite jazz, big band, rock, blues and whatever else you request.
