Jokes aside, we're halfway through a week that came after a long weekend -- many of you are on vacation but some of us are working.

For the past 48 years, we’ve always sought to keep our hot tubs long-lasting, high quality and ensure that you enjoy these products for years on end, without a worry in mind.

It’s why the tubs are built like they are. Firstly, we produce all of our tubs right here, in Canada, in a town called Kitchener!

All of your tub purchases come with a hot tub cover, which is also handcrafted on site and is made of Western Red Cedar, ensuring it lasts a long time. The cover is very easy to roll and doesn’t get water-logged like other covers on the market.

Our tubs are surrounded by Ayrfoil insulation and that means your tub stays at the desired temperature easier and your electricity bills aren’t as high.

We also include a tan liner with each tub, unless you prefer to upgrade to the Sandstone colour. This liner ensures the cedar lasts a much longer time and there are less chances of rot and tub leaks.

With the spa pack, you receive a control panel for jets, LED light and more.

The other day, a customer from 1988 called to replace his Canadian Hot Tub liner. This is not an unusual case, at CHT! So in honour of our long-time customers and their continued support, we're posting for Throwback Thursday with this gem of a photograph, taken circa 1980!

The Western Red Cedar that makes up the tub is long-lasting and the liner protects it even more, especially from mold and rot. Depending on the elements your tubs are left in, we have seen many cases of tubs lasting for decades!
