Okay, you see this tote bag? It has two water bottles (doggos and me), my journal, book, pens, and my keys in it.

I had every intention of taking the dogs for a walk, finding somewhere quiet to sit and read/journal/sketch.

Well the dogs were restless, it was so friggen hot outside, and I started to get anxiety so we turned around and went back home.

I still went outside! And to some that might not be a big deal but it was HARD to get up, to get dressed, get the dogs ready, shoes on, bag packed, out the door.. to someone with depression/anxiety/ADHD/chronic illness... it's a battle.

So I sit here, comfortable on the couch in the a/c, proud of myself for even going outside with the pups.

Be proud of yourself, no matter how big or small. You survived another day and that's huge in itself.

Two different flowers and both had an ant in them! Oh well; can't control nature.
This tote bag is from from like 5 years ago. I'm sorry if it's not there anymore! They do have nice totes.

So today is my daily post! It says to post daily but you already know your gorl is hard at that. I won't beat myself up over it, either. I am human and I do what I can daily with the energy I have.

I've been wanting to do quick but intentional journaling for a while and remembered I saw a video on it. So I went to good ol' YouTube, got distracted my reels, tried to hunt down the person I saw it from, found it!

Then proceeded to hunt down the video and do a quick watch. I also googled it and found the whole page on intelligentchange.com so check them out.

So my morning was spent rather productively-ish. Just don't count how many times I got distracted my YouTube reels and instagram posts.. we'll be fine.
Thank you, .co, for sharing this method. Tammy only spoke of the morning routine but the website I reference has the morning and evening with more in-depth explanations.
I hope you find this helpful and maybe incorporate it into your daily lives

I've learned a lot since starting to make emotes. My skills are growing, my techniques are changing, and the people I work with teach me a lot based on their requests.

Where this started

It all started with the love of coffee. Ever since I was 15 years old, I have been drinking coffee. Hot drinks are popular no matter what age we are: tea, hot chocolate, french vanilla, lattes, coffees, etc.

And no matter what hot beverage we get, our hands are always kept warm by just holding the cup. As nice as it feels (especially in cold weather) it can sometimes burn us. So we ask for a cardboard coffee sleeve, which then gets thrown in the garbage or recycling bin, and we start the cycle over.

Not anymore! I started to make coffee cozies. The idea of carrying these in the car, purse, or even slip it into your pocket, always having it with you, re-wash it, save it, no more garbage. Zero waste. Finally something I can personally add to a thing that I love, while saving the planet with one less cardboard sleeve.

I showed my cousin, and she now owns one for herself. She showed her manager, and now you can find my coffee cozies at a local shop in Beaverton, Ontario called Simcoe Street Market. Different colours, textures, styles, and more ideas to come. One size fits most coffee cups found in cafes.
