I would like to thank my friend dearly, this post does not come lightly at all and I debated not even posting this… (and I haven’t posted on my personal FB) I keep being told you need & deserve this but for some reason I feel guilt.

I have been diagnosed with Crohn’s as a child at around 11-12, I’ve had a bowel resection at 18 as I have a very strong type of Crohn’s but for years I’ve managed to kick it in the butt! Now… it’s back worse than my family or I have ever seen.

I have hidden so much of this horrible disease and all it’s done since 2019 and I never ask for help & I always feel someone has it worse. I made a long video (on my TikTok) trying to explain what is happening with my Crohn’s, and how I ended up shutting down my business and having to move due to not being able to work which leads to so much more. Yes, in Canada I do have to pay for most of my meds & other medical stuff that is affect due to my Crohn’s. Now I have moved after doing that for years I’m in the process of becoming a resident here in BC, and getting my new life figured out and settled here.

I have met with my new GI, I understand that I once again am failing my biological, and we want to get started on a new one, I have another pretty serious diagnosis that needs to be put on the back burner as we need to focus on hopefully getting my Crohn’s under control. Please I ask for your prayers on this as well as where all my inflammation is, can lead to the one thing I’ve never wanted, that for now I will keep private as we still have more tests and medication to try! However all we can hope for is the best!

By no means am I looking for a hand out, prayers are more than appreciated if you believe in that, or good vibes if you don’t! I know it will all work out, as it somehow has. I just want to share and thank a friend who did something so kind, as she is so understanding of truly the struggles I go through and have been going through for years now. Please don’t feel any guilt not donating, a share or a nice message always helps!

We adventured to & favourite DOGGIE BEACH! 🏖️ LAST TIME… we got POURED on!! Definitely videos to come!

Dipping my feet 👣 in the fresh mountain lake was so refreshing. The beauty & peace here is wonderful, It feels like a wonderful place to healing your body mind & soul, plus the dogs love it here!

I don’t know if this is our last destination, but I think we feel at home for now & it’s time to relax, get well🤞🏼& enjoy, that is until our next big adventure. For now mini adventures it is!

✨ IT HAPPENED ✨ The big move! Despite how I look, the reality is, so much is going on with my health this move was necessary. I may try to post positive daily things! But I have tricks to be able to do so! I also try to keep it mostly positive, because that’s who I am. Do I have dark days… sure. However if we keep focusing on the negative, it won’t make you feel better. Positivity, keeps me going & helps me be able to go out and do things with the dogs, do I get sick when I do this of course, but the car is always close by, as well as any medical services I need. But if I didn’t go out with the dogs and try to somewhat live, it would be very dark, especially when you have to be in “bed” more so than not. This shouldn’t make you sad. This is just reality & it should show that even with hardship you can find some light, enjoyment & some good ol’ positivity!
