Tara Henderson began Hypnotic Powers Hypnotherapy as a way to try and help as many people as possible.

After having been on her own hypnotherapy journey, Tara Henderson found that spirituality was calling her to try and help others. The connection she has with her clients is second to none as they heal from past traumas that are affecting their day to day life. She knows how to skillfully dive into the subconscious mind and find the mental blockage causing negative emotions like anxiety or fear and through mental healing can help ease the burden.
