This is by far the biggest & heaviest cake I’ve ever done. The cake is a 6” caramel cake, 9” red velvet cake & 12” caramel cake…

I drove 60km with this cake yesterday. OMG let’s talk about how nerve racking that was. Then lifting the entire thing by MYSELF (big mistake), but hey she’s beautiful and in one piece… Amen to that 🤣 Anything for my extended family 🩵
