Felicitaciones para Anna Barbara Noguera, Actual Miss Teen Universal!!!

17 anos estudiante de grado 12.
Nacida en USA de padres venezolanos y criada en Canada desde el 1er ano de nacida. Anna es trilliza y aparte tiene un hermano de 12 anos. Sus hobbies son leer, ir al gym y pasar tiempo con familia y amigos. Su deporte el voleyball.
Siempre con su inquietud de ser modelo y ayudar a otros creo su propio Food drive apoyada por la ciudad de Hamilton con el nombre de " "Food for a Smile ". Su meta es tener una Fundacion sin fines de lucro para ayudar a los ninos de Centro y Sur America. Su pasion las leyes y la justicia por eso su deseo es ser Abogado para asi poder seguir ayudando a su comunidad.

Job Brief:

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Administrative Clerk is responsible for certain administrative and clerical tasks to support our office. Highly flexible and adaptable with strong organization and time management skills in order to efficiently complete tasks in a timely manner. A variety of activities will be performing in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement filing systems.
• Microsoft skills (ability to perform any data-handling and presentation tasks required for the job)
• Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• documents according to company procedures;
• All other assigned tasks
• Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks
• Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
• Perform other office duties as assigned
• Maintain work area clean and with-in office standards.
• Always arrives on time, and when not, advises the adequate reasoning when necessary.
