"Coming from a musically inclined family, I wouldn't be who I am today if it wasn't for the faculty of wisdom and guidance I grew around from the artistic side of my family and their musical circle of friends. My Mami was a Bebop/Jazz lead singer and performed at .capitole in Québec City. My Mama did backups for RnB/Pop/Disco/Funk/Boogie/NewWave artists in the 80s between MTL and NYC, as well as still does vocal tracking for my own stuff. Mon oncle Dédé was a drummer just like Ringo Starr. I have a Rockstar oncle in Québec City who had his own band! My Grandad played in the St Lucia Orchestra, as well as in a Big Band Jazz Band that travelled between Trinidad, Aruba, Curacao and St. Lucia. He was known as Mr. Versatile, due to his adeptivity to play any part of a Sax quartet and because he was a part of both a classical ensemble, as well as a Big Band Jazz Band. He also coached me with Jazz theory when playing the Tenor. My Godfather in MTL used to engineer for my mom, which is how my parents met and today his kids (my Godbrothers) are doing really well for themselves on their musical endeavours. I have a cousin from Sauga (now in Hamilton) who raps and has done really well for himself in the communities he grew up in. Although my dad isn't a musician or artist, he used to be a radio DJ in high school and has exposed me to an array of styles of music and has introduced me to so many genres from around the world that have influenced me in so many empowering ways. I am forever blessed, thankful, grateful, and incredibly humbled to have an astounding foundation of music flowing through my veins, in my present surroundings, and in my ancestral family tree. I also vow to carry on the legacy of both my musical ancestors as well as family that are still around and promise to make them all proud with the many things it's in my duty and purpose to leave on this planet before its my turn to pass the torch. God bless my friends and family and continue to protect them through their own journeys. Only greatness lies ahead for my people on all sides!💜"

Always love meeting new creatives in and around the area! 🙏🏽✨️ One day this Summer, after working on some edits, I went out to Dollarama to randomly run into the one and only , as I found out he was painting a mural on a building across the cobblestone road from studio, in collaboration with his wife and many other legendary graffiti artists around the Hertz building, such as , and .otahyoni!!!!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯 I asked him if he was going to be there for a while, then you already know manz came back with the standard kit and shot him for a couple hours, alongside an old friend of his who showed up at the same time I got back! She's got mad talent, and coincidentally, she moved to Hamilton at the same time as I did! However, she's been shooting the for years, and I'm hoping to shoot with her sometime soon around the city when we have the time! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to actually meet (since she was there the next day to finish it and I had a gig far out of the city at that time), but either way, I loved to see the process of her art and the final look of everything together now that it's all done. Man, this was so surreal and so cool... Once again, talk about being at the right place at the right time 🫡❤️🔥🎨🫙✨️🧱🌿☠️👺🧜🏽♀️🌬🌌🌊 The mural was all apart of Concrete Canvas Fest and I love how I get to see some badass graffiti on my way home everyday, knowing it was painted during the 50th year of Hip Hop's existence! Such a blessing to have acquainted myself with some cool people as well, that are seriously EPIC at what they do! Go check their stuff out, I'm not playin 😠check em out!!!!!!!!

Had a blessed time spending an afternoon this Summer, bending reality with internationally-renowned Graffiti legend, of , as he and his wife painted a monsterously cool mural during the 's celebration for Hip Hop's 50th earthstrong and literally right where is located as well!!!!!!!! Talk about being at the right place at the right time, and I even met an insanely talented photographer who moved here at the same time as me! Blessings truly appear when you focus on building your dreams and practicing your craft, bit by bit each day; as you never know what the universe may present to you on your journey 🙏🏽📸🎨🫙✨️🧱🌿☠️👺🧜🏽♀️🌬🌌🌊

Had a blast shooting four dancers' segments for 's series "DreamScapes" alongside at . Here is the one that was edited at .to, as the three other dancers’ videos in the series were dispersed throughout the editing team at . Although the crew was dressed for the weather, hats off to and the other dancers for trooping it out in the cold and doing it all with pure elegance for the culture. Yesterday was the Earth Strong of the Captain, Aston “Family Man” Barrett, who was one of the Barrett Brothers and original members of The Wailers Band! also played on the road with in The Upsetters then led the Wailers Band with before and after Bob transitioned. Family Man was the bandleader, as well as co-producer of their albums and the man in charge of the overall song arrangements. This shot was taken two years ago when we were fortunate to take footage of Family Man during his last performing Tour after being a part of since the early 1970s. It was a true honor having the chance to take footage of this memorable occurrence as well as to have had the opportunity to meet him and the rest of the current Wailers Band. Had a wicked time at the album release party last Friday, representing with and running into bare friends of the crew, such as , .vodka, , and the bass-master soul proprietor himself, , with many others! Beyond grateful to have been invited as well as to have been able to take some shots at the release for the new album MASS. This is the first album they released in the past 9 years and that night was the first time they performed in Toronto for the past 10 years, so to have been able to experience and capture this moment was an absolute blessing. The new album vibes tooooo nice and I even got to witness them play some of their classics tunes too!
