Spent some time with some lovely young ladies (grades 6-8) at Hillcrest Elementary school this morning. As a volunteer running coach, I was presenting all that FAB Foundation has to offer, which is truly so much more than running. We are so lucky to have this organization in Hamilton which makes such a difference in our community. I'm looking forward to meeting and reuniting with FAB participants this year!

This is an OLD video of me reporting on something gross in who knows what year. LOL I am posting this just because it's fun to look back at it and also to share my now almost 30 years of experience in recording and editing videos. :) Countless television reports and 2003 corporate videos for the City of Hamilton as an employee there, and more than two dozen videos for Cindy Csordas Video Production clients. Tomorrow I turn 49. My last year in my 40’s. The last two years have been a challenge. Starting and running a business isn’t easy but it sure does shape you into a fighter! It humbles you. It shows you who is willing to hold your hand and guide you. The reveal of support fills my heart with joy. The parts that make you want to give up on some days are quickly forgotten when support by friends and mostly family lift you up! I welcome another year in my life with everything it has to offer. Bring it 49!
