In a New Yorker magazine Facebook article, this picture showed up with the caption your personality can be revealed by how you identify with this room. Some people find the space overwhelming. Some find it a comfortable disorganized/organized space. Everyone has their own preference and comfort level.

When it’s time to remove off-season outerwear and hats/helmets from your main closet, choose an area where everything can be stored together. These items are now in a spare, infrequently used closet space. Notice the hanging closet organizer used to seperate the outerwear (his & hers) for seasonal hats, bike helmets, etc…

If you have any donatable items consider donating to Pinkies, a store associated with the Prescott Group, on 3436 Prescott Street in Halifax. The Prescott Group supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They sell the items on an online auction (join the FB group) and at a lovely little Thrift store.

We help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities find friendship, community and success in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
