At BNV, we believe that the children of our community are our future, and it’s up to us to ensure they grow up happy, healthy, and strong. This holiday season, we’re launching a food drive to help those in need—especially the students and families who struggle to make ends meet when school breaks leave them without the meals they rely on.

Today marks the release of the series finale of UpTalk Podcast. After 8 impactful seasons, host Sean Conohan has brought the podcast to a natural ending.

Sean launched UpTalk (a podcast that aims to chip away at the stigma associated with mental illness in the First Responder world) in January of 2016 and over the show’s 8 seasons, had some incredible guests share harrowing stories and lessons learned.

Early on, UpTalk was one of the few podcasts that was addressing this subject but 8 years later, Sean feels like he’s leaving the space in good hands, with many other podcasts centred around the same topics having been launched since.

BNV Media truly enjoyed producing the final few seasons of UpTalk and we wish Sean the best of luck with future endeavours!

One of the big reasons I think podcasts are so important to a business’s marketing mix in today’s world is because of the versatility.

Simply by adding a video component to episodes, you can then repurpose that content for YouTube and all of your social channels for your business.

One episode is enough to create potentially weeks worth of content across multiple different platforms ie. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok🙌

A podcast can be a great way to grow your business’ customer or client base. Maybe a little controversial but the days of asking to grab a coffee with a potential client or customer to build a rapport are being replaced with asking that same person to come on your podcast.
