They say to succeed you need to step out your comfort zone!!
Well this girl is!! I’m going to a Farmasi 3 yr celebration of being in Canada/ Conference in Toronto solo this Saturday!!

I really wasn’t going to because I just came back and getting back into the grind, have severe anxiety, and have complex PTSD. So o have a fear of being in big crowds, meeting ppl I’ve never met, and don’t go places like this alone because I worry about having a trigger.I shake heart races, sweat have a had time breathing welll you get the idea. So these were my reasons for not going.

Until I talked with a few ppl. My chiropractor told me
“You won’t find success unless you step out of your comfort zone”. My husband reminded me if “I hadn’t supported and push him to try new things he wouldn’t be where he is today” at his job on the railway.
And then I spoke to a few of my teamies amd they also encouraged me to go and pushing me to step out of my comfort zone.

So I registered and hubby booked a room tonight. They all reminded me of why I joined Farmasi 2 years ago in the first place. Farmasi isn’t just about the $$$. They are about a community that is there for you. They support you in good times and bad. And from your teamies to corporate they will all encourage you, they help you , guide you, push you out of your comfort zone and sometimes they even tell you the hard truths you need to hear. This reminded me of why I joined Farmasi 2 years ago in the first place!!

This is a weekend of challenges and here’s to pushing through all of them!!! And a huge thank you to the ones that are pushing me and supporting me to do this!! Yous know who you are !!
