I had a Costco chicken we had to use up. So I picked off all the chicken and put the carcass to boil for chicken broth. Tomorrow we’ll have chicken soup for lunch, I’ll add some of the chicken I picked off to the soup. I might even add some frozen vegetables tomorrow.
