After some more thinking, research and multiple requests, I have decided to not close my business. I also will not be signing with a publishing house. Self-publishing may require more work and strength, but it will benefit me more financially than a publishing house.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances and a battle with mental health, there are no release dates set for future books. But, here is the cover for my second book, which was already advertised in “Minor Problem.”

“Minor Problem” was originally created in the summer of 2001, and “Royal Peasant” was originally created in the spring of 2003.

Charlie is a typical small-town teenager, fed up with his family and school life. The isolated and secluded Prince Kenneth, is the same age and longs to escape his life of rules, regulations and an arranged marriage. When the two identical teenagers decide to switch places, they begin to enjoy the other’s life a little too much. But when a kidnapping plot against the royal family is uncovered, the two boys will have to work together to save one another. Therefore, they will learn the valuable lesson of appreciating the life you lead instead of desiring another.

Inspired by Disney’s “The Princess Diaries” and the many, many versions of “The Prince and the Pauper”, “Royal Peasant” is sure to promote the values of family and friendship.
